Program Admission Terms

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for admission to our sober living programs, residents must meet the following criteria:

  • • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • • Minimum 30 days of continuous sobriety from drugs and alcohol
  • • Completion of primary treatment program or detoxification
  • • Commitment to maintaining sobriety and following house rules
  • • Agreement to participate in random drug and alcohol testing
  • • Ability to pay program fees and expenses
  • • No history of violent or sexual offenses

Application Process

  • • Complete application form with accurate information
  • • Provide verification of treatment completion
  • • Submit to background check and references verification
  • • Participate in pre-admission interview
  • • Pay required deposits and fees
  • • Sign all program agreements and releases
Program Rules and Resident Obligations

Sobriety Commitment

All residents must maintain complete abstinence from alcohol and illegal drugs:

  • • Zero tolerance for use, possession, or distribution of substances
  • • Compliance with random drug and alcohol testing
  • • Immediate reporting of any substance use or cravings
  • • Participation in required recovery activities

House Rules Compliance

  • • Adherence to all facility rules and curfews
  • • Respectful treatment of staff, residents, and property
  • • Participation in house meetings and assigned chores
  • • No violence, threats, or intimidating behavior
  • • Proper guest policies and visitor procedures
  • • Maintenance of clean and orderly living spaces

Recovery Program Participation

  • • Regular attendance at 12-step meetings or similar programs
  • • Engagement with sponsor or recovery mentor
  • • Participation in group therapy and counseling sessions
  • • Compliance with individual treatment plans
  • • Active participation in life skills and educational programs
Financial Terms and Payment Obligations

Payment Terms

  • • Program fees are due in advance on designated dates
  • • Security deposit required upon admission
  • • Late fees apply to overdue payments
  • • No refunds for partial stays or early departures
  • • Additional charges for damages or extra services
  • • Payment plans available with prior approval

Insurance and Benefits

  • • Residents responsible for verifying insurance coverage
  • • Assistance provided with insurance claims when possible
  • • Out-of-pocket expenses remain resident's responsibility
  • • Third-party payments must be arranged in advance
Termination and Discharge Conditions

Immediate Discharge

The following violations will result in immediate termination:

  • • Use, possession, or distribution of drugs or alcohol
  • • Violence or threats toward staff or residents
  • • Bringing weapons or contraband onto property
  • • Sexual misconduct or harassment
  • • Theft or destruction of property
  • • Failure to comply with legal obligations

Progressive Discipline

Other rule violations may result in progressive discipline:

  • • Verbal warning and counseling
  • • Written warning with behavior contract
  • • Temporary suspension of privileges
  • • Probationary status with conditions
  • • Termination from program

Voluntary Discharge

  • • 30-day written notice required for voluntary departure
  • • Exit interview and discharge planning session
  • • Return of personal property and settlement of accounts
  • • Completion of required paperwork and releases
Legal Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability

  • • Raise Up Recovery is not liable for personal injuries or property damage
  • • Residents participate in programs at their own risk
  • • No guarantee of treatment success or sobriety maintenance
  • • Liability limited to direct program fees paid

Program Modifications

  • • Programs and rules subject to change with notice
  • • Staff assignments and schedules may vary
  • • Facility modifications may occur during residency
  • • Emergency procedures may override standard policies

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
